By purchasing artwork from me, you have accepted my Terms of Service. Please read all the details before deciding on a commission!
GENERAL
◆ The commission price is deemed for personal use(non-profit) by default, if you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please consult with me.◆ The commissioned work is strictly not for training AI or NFT.◆ I reserve the rights to this commissioned work and to display the artwork within my social media/portfolio/commission sheet. However, if you would like to keep the commission private, please tell me!◆ I dot not accept rush commission. If the deadline is too tight and unreasonable, I will have to decline the request.*Personal Use includes making a post on your social media or using it as a profile picture, background image, thumbnail cover.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
◆ An upfront payment is required before the commission begins.◆ A full refund can be requested if I have not contacted you back or if I have not start working on your commission within 3 months. Otherwise, unfinished commissions are only eligible for 50% refunds.◆ Once the commission is completed, you are no longer able to ask for a refund.
REVISIONS
◆ You may request major changes during sketch phase. After lineart, some minor revisions are available for 2 times only.◆ Major revision includes pose changes and cloth changes.◆ Minor revision include adjustment of certain parts that you think needs changes (eg. cloth folds, hair details/shape, any other minor details)◆ If there are any details I missed, feel free to tell me. I will neither count towards revision quota nor charge you for it.◆ Please note that revisions may affect the date at which the work will be delivered.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The process usually take about 1-3 week(s), you will be updated if extra time is needed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
◆ As stated above, I retain all the rights to the commissioned work with an exception that I cannot post them on my social media without the commissioner's consent.◆ You may not claim the work as your own. Any commercial product featuring my work that is not distributed by my commissioner is presumably fraudulent.◆ I do not give permission to anyone else except my agreed commissioner.
